All prices are excluding VAT. Parking and Congestion charges are not included.
We issue you with a quotation for any required remedial electrical works after the electrical condition report is completed.
For ongoing contract works, if agreed prior to the inspection visit (EICR), we can carry out the EICR remedial works on the same visit. Please contact us to discuss.
Outstanding Remedial/Rectification Works from other contractors can be carried out. We can provide quotations from electrical installation condition reports. As long as enough information is provided, a site survey may still be required.
We operate within the London and the South East areas. For Remedial/Rectification Works Rates outside these areas please contact us for a bespoke quotation.
What does remedial work mean?
Remedial electrical works are carried out to repair any safety issue discovered during our fixed wire tests or our routine EICR tests.
Often these issues come to light during an EICR test, which is why they are sometimes referred to as EICR remedial works.
